Pros

none that I can think of, it was simply the worst job I have ever held, I would not recommend it to anyone

Cons

minimum wage, even on night shifts bank holidays - including Christmas day. facilities left until they are actually dangerous before repairs are done - the kitchen cupboards were actually rotting... no respect for their staff, they attempt to blame you for any issues including deducting (from your minimum wage) pay if someone steals fuel. no safety concern for the staff, no training, doors open over night in the town center. Constant illegal practices, I honestly had to work a 24 hour shift and only had 8 hours of before they wanted me back in again....

Pros

It's a job if you have nothing else

Cons

For the most expensive gas station somehow they manage to still be the lowest paid - only being offered a $1 raise for a leadership position when I have over 5 years of management experience is disgusting. They only care about getting people to sign up for rewards and will write you up if you don't get people putting in their number - they basically expect you to hold a gun to the guest head and force them to put their number in - district and regional management only care about juicing their bonuses while the rest of us struggle to pay rent every month - brought this up to regional manger over 3 months ago with a "I'll look into it" yeah right buddy..
