2yWe always want to keep learning and improving. So we take all feedback on board and reflect whether we could have done better. We are a vibrant, entrepreneurial organization, where we allow individuals, at all levels, the opportunity to contribute their own ideas and thoughts in relation to projects and strategy. However, we do not expect a digital marketing manager, to define business strategy. We also recognise that we are on a change journey, where we are resetting strategy and focus. This experience of change isn’t for everyone, but it is exciting and rewarding for those comfortable with a degree of ambiguity, who can self-start and proactively contribute to that journey. And that means that sometimes the role isn’t a happy fit for a new recruit. We recognise the need to really focus on team induction and onboarding to set people up for success. And we have done a lot of work over past months as an organization to introduce a structured and comprehensive onboarding academy. This is an area we will seek to continually improve on as we welcome new joiners to the team, who we are happy to share are thriving.
