- Redundancies every 6 months due to an industry that wants to stay in the past and is currently frozen by the current US economic climate - Hard to get promoted at all in such an environment (often felt like the goalpost kept being moved further with each review. - As people left, the remaining team members had to shoulder more and more work, receiving little to no recognition, only higher demands. It was also unsettling how little was communicated about departures; one day you’d speak to someone, and the next their account would be gone without explanation, as if they’d simply vanished.
