I have yet to start work for EDB but before I do, I wanted to leave a STELLAR review for John Maniscalco. John is the recruiter at EDB that I've been working with and honestly, it's the best hiring experience I've ever had — not even close, seriously... John was able to meet me in a very vulnerable place (dream house on the line) and work with me to excel the hiring process (getting approvals, going through the proper channels) to not only secure an INCREDIBLE full-time position but also allow us to move forward with closing on our dream house (potentially, nothings final till closing day haha). To me this shows that John goes WAY above and beyond which makes me even more excited to start at EDB. The amount of stress and anxiety I was under trying to move through the situation was considered deeply by John and the constant, consistent and very timely communication made ALL the difference in the world. It was one of THE key factors for me signing on with EDB. I had another offer letter in my hands that took 3-4 weeks from another company and John got me a better offer in a little over 1 week and only a few hours after the other offer letter. In the end, it was a no-brainer. Thanks John!

None, yet! As with any place, there will be challenges, however given my experience with John, I'm confident I'll be able to move them feeling fully supported.
