Great Company! - Security Consultant (Pen Tester) ECSC Group Employee Review

I had a fantastic time working for the testing team at ECSC. As a tester, there is a variety of work (Web App, Phishing, Ext & Int Inf and Physical SE) to get stuck into and there's also a nice balance between working from home / on-site work. Another added bonus is that ECSC don't over utilise their testers, as I've seen with other PenTesting companies and are very flexible if you have other commitments (childcare, hospital appointments etc). It's a small but very capable team which is led by a fantastic Service Manager who helps develop his subordinates and encourages their growth. In the wider business, there is great support from Senior Management and employee success is shared and celebrated company wide. ECSC also hold regular meet up days and team building events, which is a great opportunity to meet employees from other departments. ECSC offer fantastic benefits, apart from their mileage allowance.
