Pros
Culture and Working Environment - Might sound Cliche but you really do get what you put in. You manage your work, won't be micro-managed what so ever and again down to you to be mature enough to find that balance between working hard and having fun!
Cons
maybe look at future skill sets, for example recruitment within VR or some sort of other technical area. ECOM cover their channels of Digital Marketing, UX, UI, TECH, PM and Creative really well but maybe look at new channels to resource in.
