Great place to learn, but not a place to stay long term - Engineer ECI Employee Review

We would like to take this opportunity to highlight some of the recent changes and benefits that we have been making for our employees: We have an extensive manager training program which incorporates the Harvard Manage Mentor series to assist our managers to become the most effective leaders and mentors within the industry; We have invested in a comprehensive technical training solution which we will be expanding to include professional soft-skills development and career pathing this fall; We just concluded a month long walking contest for all US employees where each employee was eligible for a free Fit Bit and incentives were provided throughout the wellness initiative to encourage our employees to be healthy. Our employees do work hard and we are making efforts to assist and balance their career and work-life on a daily basis. Many of our employees recognize the value of their hard work and dedication, our retention rate is quite high, and the street-value after working at ECI incrementally increases extensively over time.
