Pros
1.Work location is good. 2. Proper way of doing work according to German standard. 3.Might be possible to get onsite opportunity for some days or month.
Cons
1.Soon you realize your life revolving around reluctant people. 2. After a month managers get into your pants and trying to tighten your personal life other than your professional hours. 3. 11 hrs mandatory per day if would like to eat food n want some breaks. Otherwise salary gets deducted after a year. 4 . No appreciations and less appraisal. 5. High melodrama for leaves and time sheets. It's just a hoax in market that it's a good company having high German ethics, although it's a typical private company having no work ethics.
