Pros
Some good staff, some good clients, company was OK and heading in right direction but has lost its way in the last 18 months.
Cons
Owner is distant and appears distracted by other business interests, Senior directors are not trusted, ignored and largely redundant, The owner surrounds himself with "Yes" people who are usually junior managers who are given all of the responsibility of decision making but unfortunately lack the ability or commercial understanding to move the company forward so make very bad decisions. Lots of jealousy and anger towards sales people achieving which is resulting in commission being reduced, good staff leaving and sales figures being hit hard which has a big knock on to other areas. The support offering appears very poor, most clients seem dissatisfied even long standing clients who have previously been happy looking to leave, one client was even asked to keep paying their monthly support fee but not place calls to help reduce the demand on support desk. The company seems to be haemorrhaging staff at present across several departments and new staff coming in do not seem to be of the calibre of those leaving. Poor culture, lots of blame, some staff who will only do the absolute minimum and none existent HR.
