Run. Run fast and far away - IT EBA CLEARING Employee Review

I have worked in this company for a multiple years (more than 2 and less than 6). Sadly, this company is from another age and not in the good sense. The management is absolutely awful. If you want to experience and witness managers having crisis insulting people because they are not able to use their computer; If you want to see managers imposing impossible and stupid deadline because they promised the CEO that by this date it will be done without asking you first; If you want to have no flexibility in your work hours and having discussion on why you arrived at 09h07 instead of 09h00 or why you arrived at 08h30 instead of 09h00; If you want a company that gives you free additional hours of work; If you want a company that does not invest in, not even modern but normal, tools and prefer everything around Excel and Power Point; If you want a company that have everything that is needed to work from home but the management thinks that working from home is not efficient or is just a privileged reserved for managers; If you want a company that thinks they're so important they are superior to other company; If you want a company that does not listen to employees requests for improvement; If you want a company that does not respect your private life by asking you coming testing stupid things during the week-end on a Friday afternoon and cancel your private activities; If you want a company with management unable to decide/assign priorities; If you want a company with no perspective of career evolution; If you want a company that is always looking on how to decrease employees package; then join EBA CLEARING ! What you will NOT have in your package: - A car - A fuel card - A profit share - Not 100% travel reimbursement in common transport - A good management - NO MORE RTT What you will get: - A salary - Lunch ticket - Holidays days under what you can find in the payments company sector - Depressed young colleagues (for the few that remains) - Golden-cage arrogant managers Let me wish you good luck my friend if you still decide to join this company. Everybody is free to chose his own path but I've made my part here in warning you. Special warning for (young) IT people. Just run away, you will just receive email and you will forward them to the service provider. Your main challenge will consist in performing a reset password of users and accept crisis of managers not able to perform basic task on a computer. Everything is "As a Service" in this company do not expect learning anything in IT. I hope this message could save some souls from this hell.
