Pros
Great people and team environment. Company does very unique work and it's a great place to learn or grow into your career if it's the type of work you want to do. Always challenged. People willing to help. Facility is great; lots of natural daylight, a gym in the building.
Cons
Depending on what sector you're working in, upper management may make you feel like you have to work 24/7 in order to climb the ladder. Bonuses in the past have been based on how many extra billable hours you worked instead of efficiency or time spent helping in other ways.
