Growing too fast - Anonymous employee EAH Employee Review

Growing too fast, lack of hands on support, upper management is non-supportive, HR does nothing to help employees, employee retention is terrible, Morale is terrible in the field, upper management either doesn't know, or they don't care. I have been with company for 3 years, and have been very sick from job related stress and have had to use all my sick and vacation time to recouperate from work.
