Pros
1. Leadership communicates very well with it's employees, especially your Associate Director and Director. 2. You get 20+ days of PTO not including holidays and they encourage you to take it. 3. Employees also go out of their way to assist you if you have questions/run into a problem. They also assign you a mentor to help you out the first 6 months that you are there.
Cons
1. Base pay for PM's isn't the best. At other companies like CarMax and Capital One, it's considerably higher. You notice right away how many people leave for those companies for that reason. 2. 401k matching is only at the beginning of the year and not throughout. 3. At times it can feel very bureaucratic and you don't know who's in charge/has the final say. 4. Overall it's a good place to work if you're just out of college, 1-3 years. If you're more of a seasoned professional, be aware that they will offer below what your market value is worth. Some of the benefits can make up for that, but just something to keep in mind.
