Pros

Not many any more other than you get to leave at the end of the day.

Cons

This company markets itself as a start up company and real easy going. But in truth they are and have been struggling to sell units. They have a high turnover rate and have been sold so many times it's insane. They keep looking for large companies to keep them afloat and damage the product. They have a horrendous secret policy of hacking your personal email and any social media accounts you may have. They have absolutely no social media policy there and do not inform you they are hacking your accounts. The room for advancement is very small and usually exist with whatever large company has taken over at the time. E4D will do whatever it can to block you from going to another company. Raises range from 1 to 3% every 2 years , if you get one at all. If you work here you will have no privacy and no where to go but where you are at. They bombard you with silly parties and contest for scraps but actively campaign to keep you there and pay down as much as they can. IF YOU COME HERE YOU WILL NOT EVER ADVANCE! The beauty of their plans are , once you make what they deem to be too much they will find a reason to let you go. Go anywhere else but here.

Pros

-Dealing with a cool problem space -Motivated ICs can take on large projects and responsibilities, great for skill growth

Cons

-Noncompetitive pay -Intermittent crunch pressure -Development cycles were plagued with a lack of focus and a constant need to produce a next demo -Constant pressure to implement quick fixes, avoid refactor, and produce more features led to a codebase that was sad to work in -Unassertive coders are taken advantage of (low pay, lack of meaningful responsibilities, poor treatment by management due to perception of low productivity)
