Cons
The president is a complete narcissist with zero leadership capabilities. He degrades his employees, takes zero accountability, deflects and blames. He blames employees and even customers for his own shortcomings. During my time there, he insulted women, insulted new moms, demeaned just about everyone, and used offensive hand gestures with zero regard to how his actions/words affected his employees and the overall environment.
Before berating me, he would always preface the onslaught with "I'm a humble, Christian man." as a sad attempt at rationalizing his childish behavior to himself. I do not think he is an emotionally well or stable individual, which is why I left.
Oh, and he's racist. He is the coach of the Kings basketball team, which recently gained national headlines for their racist and derogatory uniform and team names. Give it a google.
