Pros

Like the other reviews the only pro to working here is the few people that you may have the chance to work with. Wes is a very good owner who you can go to with just about anything. Kyle is a good CFO as well. The company is expanding rapidly. Yes the Christmas party is nice, they provide lunch 2-3 times a week, and they do raffle off various gifts occasionally.

Cons

But the Christmas party, the lunches, and the various kings tickets and event tickets DO NOT PAY THE BILLS. The employee consensus is that we would much rather get a raise annually or at least have a 6 month review process for the chance to receive a raise. There is absolutely no room for growth here unless you work in the office, and even then you have to suck up to management to do so. The management here overall is just a joke. They do not respect the intelligence of the people beneath them. Morale at E-Filliate is awful at least in the DC because of lack of pay, no communication from upper management, management taking credit for innovations or ideas, let alone all the politics that go into making a simple change in the workplace. The company is expanding at a rapid rate but the manager does not want to promote from within. He likes to bring "highly skilled individuals" who frankly don't have much skill at all. There is favoritism between management and temps.

Pros

The only reason why people are there today is because of the very few workers who makes it enjoyable. The CEO, Wesley Sumida, is a cool guy.

Cons

The warehouse manager, of this date, plays favorites. He does not give people the chance to advance. Except he brings in his "highly experienced" people that he interviewed onto the job. They drive forklifts into walls, shelves, etc. and will not admit to their own mistakes. This is why inventory is messed up in that warehouse. The people he brings in can't even count. The inventory has a lot of overage and underage. Stuff going missing. The warehouse has a poor way to keep track of its inventory. Its basically write and pray, hoping the quantity is correct with the system.
