They bring in pizza from Domino's on Fridays and Einstein Bros bagels occasionally, which is a nice gesture.
Cons
The management team does not know how to manage the team or team morale. There is a lack of trust for their employees, including senior employees. Suggestions are not welcome by management, as they feel that ideas are not worth their time. And if you share anything with management and they do not like it, they become extremely passive aggressive. Employees are not respected or valued, especially if you have asked for PTO, they don't respect the time off. There is a serious lack of organization, they will ask you to submit a huge project with only two days time and there is no appreciation for the weekends and overnight time spent on projects due to management issues.
