Made it fun by doing weekly prizes if meeting daily targets. People were nice and friendly and management

Cons

Had to sell smart meters and were getting forced into it

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
