      - work from home - flexible hours from 7 to 9:30 you can start your work - the 13th salary - gifts from the company - nice colleagues - good work-life ballance

      - the location - if the standard salaries would be increased, my review would've been 5 stars

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
