      Pros

      Given responsibility from an early stage of your career and room to develop. Lots of investment in the graduate program that gave me loads of opportunities. Strongly customer centric and focused on changing opinion of energy firms

      Cons

      Leadership is poor, direction is constantly changing and the strategy makes it possible to justify nearly any decision. Change is short term focused as opposed to building on the future. Too many people that have been there for too long as pay progression favours tenure over capability.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
