      Pros

      Its relaxed comapred to most call centres as you're not constantly griding out calls. The commission is generally good and rewards hard work.

      Cons

      Management can be unapproachable and distant and they'll try everything to screw you over if they don't like you. There is no progression unless you "know someone" and you get the feeling they're constantly trying to catch you out.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
