      Pros

      - Excellent culture in the office for back room staff - Good benefits - Level of work was manageable - Clear and open methods of working

      Cons

      - Difficult to progress - it was very much "who you know" rather than "what you know". - Lots of red tape and not much room for you to flex your creative muscles - Pay was completely out of sync with the role and was not competitive at all, but I hear this has been fixed now!

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
