Pros

Eon really care about customers and this helps staff be proactive and enjoy the sometimes challenging roles in customer service and debt collection. EON has great management who make employees feel part of the business and has good pay and bonus and also My Choice perks so you get health and life cover. Also a great pension scheme. restaurants at most sites. Modern technology. Help for colleagues with disabilities . Awareness around Dyslexia , Mental health etc so colleagues can feel fully supported. Good shift patterns in general to

Cons

Can be hard to move into a different role within the company as recruitment can vary from role to role and different departments look for different skills. Breaks could be a bit longer in a typical shift we get 50 minutes of break spread over the day although we have freedom for loo breaks etc at any point of the day. Shift patterns can change with one months notice could give a bit longer notice.

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
