Company has lost 45 employees out of 80 in the past year, should tell you a lot. Employee turnover at an all time high. CEO only cares about the next way he can save a penny, will recruit interns whenever he can to replace employees. Marketing Manager appoints submanagers that do not know what they are doing for the sake or having someone do what he wants. SEO manager does not know what SEO even stands for, zero substance truly. Knows it and would do anything to avoid blame. Speaks to emoloyees in a very condescensing manner. Will threaten you with your pay if you object to anything. Micromanagement at its best. HR is actually PR, there is nothing objective or professional about interactions and judgement.
