      Lesser numbers of cases each cycle compared to other schools

      Management doesn’t know what our team is doing after so many years, Appraisal doesn’t match hard work Bonus amount is very low compared to other companies Count working hours till the minutes 44 hours work week Manager comes up with unfeasible plan and team members cannot say no A lot of other workloads being added that is not in the scope of a LSE including extra administration and liaising Unprofessional senior and team lead/s that makes you question choice of leadership in the first place

      Child centred curriculum, centre level commitment from team and dedicated teachers/admin/support staff

      Cons

      Bias HQ personnel who only acknowledge performance based on their personal relationships. HQ lacks professionalism and treat fellow colleagues with the least amount of respect and still get away with it due to their personal ties with top management. True potential and competence is hardly recognised unless you are a follower. No room for voicing out opinions/suggestions/feedback.

      The company just a very fast paced and depends on the center you get whether you will enjoy.
