      Uncapped commission structure with a great sales product. (Free coffee/food) Great atmosphere to work in as well.

      Cons

      The job can feel tedious at times. Definitely for motivated people willing to put in the work. You will get what you put into it.

      Pros

      I have been working at Dynamics Resources as a Sales Rep less than a year and so far so good. It's a respectful environment with free food and drinks. Sales team had large turn over since everyone is hired with contract to hire and the management is looking for the right team. i like the job since i want to succeed in IT sales and i am provided with the opportunity for that.

      Understanding the products is a challenge
