Company provides the most flexible remote work options. Changes due to acquisition more than two years ago did not affect the technical staff. Some old leadership left as the culture shifted to advanced planning, stronger policies, and growth strategies. My coworkers in US and Canada are very kind and knowledgable. I like the way company celebrates milestone on years of service.

The company is doing well, and despite all the impending doom reviews 2 years ago, the revenue is going up (per information provided in the town hall's) and we are getting new team members. For Cons, better communication between different teams is needed

Fellow colleagues are highly intelligent and always willing to help one another.

Many changes in leadership have left people feeling less optimistic of the company's future. The change management with all of the adjustments to leadership, policies, processes, etc could be handled with a lot more care fot the employees and their morale.
