TERRIBLE training techniques. They bounce all over the place, throw information at you for three days and then you’re required to do the job right away. Very unorganized approach. You will learn billing and tech support at the same time. The billing cycle is a mess and the flow charts that you’re supposed to follow, are all over the place. You can’t really ask the manager a question, because he will get frustrated and literally yell at you if you’re confused or don’t know the answers. Everyone does everything different ways, so I wasn’t sure which was right... Everyone is definitely micromanaged.. You have to use vacation days if you’re sick or have to go to the doctor or dentist.. High turnaround No promotions
