No future - Engineer Dynacast Employee Review

The Singapore brach has gone through its prime period and is now reaching it's end .. the operations in Singapore is shrinking rapidly and being shifted to Malaysia and Indonesia due unsustainable cost of operation.. hence it's ok for employees who had been with dynacast for 20-30 years to stay . But definitely a bad idea to join or stay here for a young person .. The system and culture is at least 2 decades backwards as most of the managers and senior staffs still stays here after retirement ..
