Everyone is helpful and nice. There are so many opportunities to grow with this company.

I don't feel like there are any Cons.

DynaMD is fine company. It's a startup in the process of developing great new products, Being in startup mode, employees are frequently encouraged to perform tasks that might be a little outside of their wheelhouse. For those seeking high visibility growth opportunity, this is fine. For others seeking the comfort of a stodgy, mundane organization, it's probably is not a great fit. From a personal perspective, I have thoroughly enjoyed the two years I've worked with DynaMD thus far.

Maybe not a good fit for everyone.
