Never worked for a company more dysfunctional than this one. The culture is really bad, everyone talks bad about everyone else, the NY store it is like going back to high school if you are not in the popular crowd they don't consider you, most mgmt all they do is sit around in the back talking to the GM mostly to be on her good side and gossip.Corporate people all they do is complaining when they are in the NY store about the new president of the company an Indian guy who i have to say is really arrogant and rude. (Very disappointing that Dylan does not notice this, she should be more concerned) I feel bad for Dylan actually who i never really had the chance to get to know better but at least she seems nice and down to earth considering she is Ralph Lauren's daughter.
