Pros

Pretty good pay, decent benefits, and some flexibility

Cons

Dwelo is a pretty average tech company. There's really nothing that sets them apart. But it's not terrible, so long as you don't have to deal with upper management. The executive team is honestly just annoying. The CEO is a first time CEO, and it shows. He is a terrible people manager, and is a classic small tech company CEO that favors the sales teams. I have watched him joke around with the sales team, and give one word answers to people from other department trying to chat with him. So, if you're in sales I'm sure he's great to work with, if not I would expect to be treated like a second class citizen. On top of that, he likes to micromanage stuff, so I'm not sure what the scaling plan is there. I would say if you have a position where you don't have to deal directly with the CEO or executive team, Dwelo is a fine place to work. But honestly, there are better, more put together companies out there.

Pros

Our culture is diverse and just fabulous. We strive to help each other on a daily basis, even if it's a simple question. We collaborate as one big family and execute as one. The many faces of Dwelo is what makes Dwelo magicial. I personally love my life with this company. Truth moment - It's been hard, I've had struggles, but I wouldn't be where I'm at spiritually, mentally and career wise if I wouldn't have sacrificed some time here and there. I work with many members of the executive team and they all are teaching me how to be the best version of myself and for that I'm forever grateful! The life I get to live and the opportunities and dreams I get to hold in my soul wouldn't be possible without taking the leap to join my #Dwelo_fam

Cons

We have all worked extremely hard to get us to where we are at today, the hours of the week is sometimes not enough :( Communicating more frequently and effectively all around would help. When I started 19 months ago, the expectations could've been clearer. Communicating proper expectations is always good when brining on new hires.
