Pros
I worked in a supportive team. They took the time to make sure I gained value from my short 3 months there which I really appreciated. Lots of good opportunities as a young person entering the business to try new things and network. People from other departments were super friendly, everyone was very welcoming. It's a very mature work environment, things like taking lunch when you feel like it with flexible no pressure times was appreciated. It let me take a step away from my desk when needed and let me return when i really wanted to get something done.
Cons
I was part of a growing team, That meant that sometimes the expectations put upon us outweighed our ability to deliver quality product in a timely manner but that's just how it is sometimes. Things need to get done.
