      Pros

      You get to make coffee and make get tips, which they don't tax, and get a great salary!

      Cons

      Management is a boys club, and if you're not ready to kiss some butt, enjoy working the night shifts. Store management is okay from store to store but the regional managers are so out of touch with what is happening, it's insane.

      I loved my experience working at Dutch bros. It was fast paced and I truly enjoyed my coworkers

      They really engrave the point of talking to people constantly. It can be exhausting and stressful

      Some cool merch and the low-level employees really care about culture and making it a good place to work

      Cons

      They churn and burn through employees at HQ without batting an eye. It's disappointing that they don't live up to their pillars of "radiate kindness and treat everyone with respect"
