      Pros

      Usually good coworkers - esp if orig DB (prior to new leadership). Great for Field employees if they want to live in AZ. Pay is good (unsure of AZ wages though).

      Cons

      Fake. New leadership really doesn't care. Moving to in office only - moved out of needed original community and either made OR/remote workers quit or move to a different state. If you are remote - they don't care about you.

      I loved my experience working at Dutch bros. It was fast paced and I truly enjoyed my coworkers

      Cons

      They really engrave the point of talking to people constantly. It can be exhausting and stressful

      Some cool merch and the low-level employees really care about culture and making it a good place to work

      Cons

      They churn and burn through employees at HQ without batting an eye. It's disappointing that they don't live up to their pillars of "radiate kindness and treat everyone with respect"
