      Pros

      Good for Interns and Juniors only, they can build portfolio in short time.

      Cons

      No-learning. Unrealistic deadlines. Project Managers are non-tech, they don't understand the hardwork behind the designs, all they care about is no of screens only. Bad work life balance.
