An HR Nightmare - Graphic Designer Durable Packaging Employee Review

Company is owned by two sets of brothers/cousins who are constantly fighting with each other. First day on the job one was getting a back massage from a sales consultant. Secretary curses like a sailor, my boss yelled at me verbally a lot, among other harassment heavy incidents. Plus the pay was the lowest for any design job in or out of Chicago - not to mention they just copy other companies designs (and have the lawsuits to prove it).
