Pros

-Well lit loft style office -If you are not a visible minority and don't mind a toxic workplace it might work for you -Decent pay if negotiated properly

Cons

-Covert racists in higher management and owners -Unpaid over time and they get hostile if you mention it -Owners/Supervisors make crude jokes about employees behind their backs -One of the members of upper management clearly has a drug problem

Pros

Great office - Great co-workers - awesome gym inside the office. You can learn a lot here and they give you an opportunity to learn.

Cons

Goodwill runs out very quickly here. They will tell you "water under the bridge" if you make a mistake, but then record every little error you've ever made. high workload (expect to work hours of unpaid overtime per week - without any recognition) High turnover (this is not by accident, or because of bad luck, its 100% because of lack of good management) fundamental improvement is needed, in communications between management and the customer service team.

Pros

- Small company. This means that there is a cool family atmosphere and you get to learn a lot about how a small business operates. You are involved in much more than is usual for a CSR. - Hard work is recognized. The owners call it a meritocracy and in my experience this is true. The more effort you put in, the more you get back. - Owners spend a lot of time there, so the place is really nice (good coffee). If you enjoy a challenge and getting recognition for meeting it, work here. I would have stayed there but I had a personal project to pursue. Only good experiences!

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a little like the wild west. I personally saw this as a good thing, as you are actually responsible for your work and don't have people baby-sitting you. Your performance depends on you and you have all the tools to succeed.
