Work is very interesting and engineering culture is strong. People are amazingly talented and kind. Management understands long-term thinking and is transparent.
Cons
Open office plan tends to be distracting. Integrating with a larger organization (Cisco) still leaves some to be desired. More "internal marketing" is now required.
