Pros
Convenient downtown location with access to the TTC. Nice restaurants for lunch so you can get out of the office which will be necessary.
Cons
In two words the people. Worst employer I've worked for as it seems to breed arrogant, transactional boys that goof off and beat their chests while making terrible decisions.
