Above average pay - below average everywhere else - Grants and Contracts Administrator Duke University Employee Review

Poor management structure and no conflict resolution. Benefits are actually awful. So I advise anyone looking at this, don't just look at the pay, look at the PTO time, holidays, cost of healthcare, etc. Its below standard in Higher Ed.
