      The production team is great. Flexible working hours

      For the past 6 months, the company has been delaying payments and lately seems unconcerned about the amount owed. Payment is below market value.

      Pros

      No micro-management, Project Managers are great people and great at their jobs. Fun Archviz projects.

      Cons

      Payment is always an issue. They don't pay completley and don't seem bothered in even commiting to partial payment. For the past months they have owed me payment on 5+ projects and haven't bothered to commit to a specific date or even to pay partially. Not only that but image compensation are way below market value even for LATAM standards.
