Amazing people, dedicated mission, lots of university support.

Smaller center so not as many resources or personnel as a traditional zoo or aquarium.

I absolutely loved this job. I had the chance to learn the habits and behaviors of Lemurs (in captivity and in the wild). As well as the history and significance of such a center. The staff was nice and friendly, and there was minimal drama during my time with them.
