      Nothing i can think of except the name of the company

      Cons

      Toxic culture environment . Favoritism, low pay. HEAVY workloads. Management micromanage the therapists but offer no help during workday. Parking and food are expensive.

      Pros

      Pay is good for an administration job that is patient facing. They have good heath insurance options. They are willing to train people thathave not used their systems.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, you have to use your PTO bank. They changed to a time management system that is unforgiving. You know have to have PTO in your bank to even ask for PTO. No negitive PTO option. They have a point system for calling out and being tardy. That stays on your file for 13 month with no way to lose the point. Implementing a self service system that questions jobs security.
