Pros

Option trading through Dukascopy was adequate only for the first month. Do not allow you to earn more than the size of the deposit. Those. invested, for example, $ 500 and will earn exactly the same amount. Anything more - no, no. The fact that they added options for depositing and withdrawing money did not play a big role! As there were wild problems with the withdrawal, it is: every time here you have to go through an identity check. Everytime! Inconvenient. I take my investment back to benarmstrong-trades where earning and withdrawals is possible, with copy trading and investment plans I make over 14k weekly. The feeling that Dukascopy simply does not want to give the money that the client honestly earns!

Cons

They will specially put sticks in the wheels only so that you do not manage to make money.

Pros

• Talented and friendly colleagues. • Opportunity to work across multiple projects and products if you show initiative. • Fully remote setup with some flexibility in working hours.

Cons

• Management is heavily centralized. The CEO is involved in every process and practices micromanagement. Most decisions are made subjectively and emotionally, without data, research, or user feedback. • No clear structure or career progression. Promotions and role reviews do not happen, and individual contributions are rarely recognized. • Design is part of the marketing department and is seen as “visual decoration” rather than a discipline for solving user problems. Designers are excluded from product strategy and decision-making. • Task flow is chaotic — assignments can come from any product manager at any time, with no clear prioritization or process. • A productivity tracking tool is used: it takes screenshots, monitors mouse movement, active apps, and window activity. • Although remote work is based on a B2B contract, working conditions resemble full-time employment without the benefits: • No paid vacation. • No sick leave or personal days. • No national holidays are observed — work continues year-round. • No health insurance. • No reimbursement or support for work equipment. • A one-month salary is paid at the end of the contract, possibly as compensation for unused time off.
