No pros. Average tech, letting go all decent developers and hiring only interns to save cost and this is effecting the tect.
Cons
The founders have no clue how to run a business, they are at best good freelancers or agency owners. They shouldn't be in the business of building global SaaS. They just don't have it in them. Crass, arrogant and fake founders.
