Way behind the times and staff leaving in droves - Mechanical Design Engineer Dublin Bus Employee Review

- shift works on junior man basis and can be told your on night shifts at the last minute on the day, e.g. in on Monday as an early, told to go home at 1pm and back in for 11pm that night. Or told at 3pm your actually doing a double shift just when you could be getting ready to go home. - shift roster is 7 nights in a row, 7 lates in a row and 6 earlies. - way behind on rates of pay, some private companies paying nearly double the basic. - terrible management in place. Want little to no interaction with the floor staff unless it's to argue. Only now starting to realise this after years of arguments and issues never being sorted, sudden back tracking but far to late. - promotion possibilities are non existent if your not in the right click. - in some garages up to half the staff are leaving due to wage demands and issues with management and awful work atmosphere. - worst work atmosphere I've ever encountered.
