      - Great culture and core values - Science at the heart of the business - Many different businesses in the portfolio allowing you to move into new career opportunities

      Cons

      - Matrix environment - Slow response to market - Huge pressure on Sales forecasts, sometimes weekly follow ups to meet the EPS - The merger ahead with Dow could bring heavy downsizing

      This company is great! Especially at my site, I have found that the work-life balance is wonderful, and everyone is always so understanding and willing to help.
