      Ho lavorato in full-remote per oltre un anno.

      Cons

      Se rifiutate un cambio di mansione, il lavoro remoto diventa uno strumento di ricatto. Se vi licenziano potrebbero non pagarvi il TFR. Non so se provvederanno ma aspetto il cedolino da oltre due mesi e le mie richieste di chiarimenti vengono bellamente ignorate.

      Pros

      Working for Dst is stimulating. It exhorts me to be a better graphic designer finding new ways of designing and learning new techniques and technologies. For instance discovering new AI tools, new design programs and much more. Dst's best feature is team work, my colleagues are great and we support and help each other all the time.

      Cons

      Reaching the work place in Rome is a bit difficult for me, since a live far away.
