      established clientele Flexible schedule half shifts 7-1 or 1-7 opportunity to work more hours during busy season. May/ December

      No benefits low commissions lower wage they lower your base pay if you dont work weekends.

      Pros

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
